Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not liable for damages caused by third party or courier services. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

The Baking Bible & Recipes bought on the site are non refundable. We will not be held liable nor refund duplicate purchases with recipes or The Baking Bible volume 1 and 2 or E-book purchases.
