Effective for all Recipe Purchases, E-Books and Digital Downloads

Thank you for purchasing from AyaDish. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing any digital product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Download Limit

All digital products including individual recipes, e-books, and any other downloadable content are subject to a strict limit of *3 downloads per purchase*.

Your download link will expire after 3 downloads or 7 days from purchase, whichever comes first. This is automatically tracked by our system.

2. No Resending of Files

We will *not* be resending lost, deleted, or misplaced files, or files that have exceeded the 3-download limit. Once your download limit has been reached, you will need to purchase the product again.

We strongly recommend that you save your file to a secure device, cloud storage (Google Drive / iCloud), and make a backup immediately after purchase.

3. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure the following before purchasing:

a) You have entered your *correct email address* at checkout. Digital files are sent instantly to the email provided. We are not responsible for files sent to an incorrect email address entered by you.

b) You have *sufficient storage space* and a stable internet connection to download your file.

c) You have access to a PDF reader to open your recipe / e-book.

4. Duplicate Purchases - No Exchange or Refund

Due to the instant nature of digital products, *all sales are final*.

Duplicate recipes or e-books purchased in error will *not be exchanged or refunded*. Please double-check your cart before checkout.

We encourage you to check your library / previous emails before repurchasing.

5. Non-Transferable

Digital products are for personal use only and are non-transferable, non-shareable, and may not be resold, redistributed, or reproduced.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue with downloading _within_ your 3-download limit (e.g. link not working), please contact us at [info.ayadish@gmail.com] within 48 hours of purchase with your order number. We are happy to assist with valid technical faults, but this does not include cases where the download limit has been exceeded or the file has been lost after successful download.
